PunchBugg is a Free Service for both Customers and Vendors.
PunchBugg offers a seamless, automated process for verifying our users. Through our partnership with Jumio, the leading provider of end-to-end identity proofing, we ensure that our users are who they say they are. So whether you are a customer or a vendor, you can feel confident knowing that the person on the other end of the transaction has been authenticated. This critical security measure allows PunchBugg to create a trusted environment of community members.
Our digital identity verification process is fully automated. All users have to do is upload a valid government-issued identification card (e.g., drivers license, passport, state-issued ID card, etc) and wait while the system performs a facial recognition test. That’s it!
PunchBugg allows neighbors to help other neighbors with chores and errands. Therefore, there are no special certifications required. The only requirement is a valid government-issued identification card such as a driver’s license.
You will coordinate payment with your Customer through Chat in PunchBugg app. You will provide your payment handle to your Customer, and they will pay you once the service is completed to their satisfaction.
You and your customer will agree on a budget range for the services you are performing. The higher the priority of completion, the more money you will be able to charge for the service. You should charge a fair price that you are willing to earn to complete the service.
